John S. Smith,CEO
John is the founder of Prestige Healthcare Resources and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. He sets the overall direction for the Company, defines the mission and vision, and directly oversees operations. Prior to Prestige, John practiced as a registered nurse and has acquired extensive experience in the health care industry. He received a B.S in Nursing from the University of Maryland. He has successfully managed the company for over ten (10) years starting from two (2) employees to over one hundred (100) employees.
HARRY P. LAY, INTERIM CFO
As the president of Lay Professional Services, Harry provides services that create value and enhance the performance for the firm’s clients including both for profit and non-profit companies. In addition to being a CPA, Harry attained certification as a CPEC, a Certified Profit Enhancement Consultant, and is a Certified FOMB Consultant (family owned/managed business).
Tracy Staton, Homecare Administrator
Ms. Staton is a goal and results oriented home care administrator who possesses a strong work ethic. She is a seasoned healthcare professional and Gerontologist that manages PHRI homecare services. She facilitates the upmost care to the elderly and individuals with disabilities utilizing her exceptional leadership as well as creative and analytic problem-solving abilities.
Sheron Travers, Chief Operating Officer
Sheron Travers brings over 20 years of background in Operations, HR Management, Education Management, Compliance, Employee Training, and Development, which helps her excel not only in her position but in being a pillar of guidance, for other department heads. Sheron is responsible for overseeing the function of Operations in guiding Prestige company workflow strategy and organization of all business processes.
Dr. Sabrina Willis, Director Case Management
Dr. Willis comes with over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Independent Social Worker. She servers in the capacity of Director of Case management in our mental health division. She leads a collaborative case management effort by coordinamting the care and services of patient populations.
Joy Hudson, Clinical Director
Joy Hudson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience working with the vulnerable population. She worked extensively with people of all ages who have experienced trauma, significant stress, and those who live with mental illness. Joy also specializes in supporting consumers struggling with challenging behaviors as well as in supporting their families.
Kizzie McKay, SUD Program Director
Kizzie McKay is a dedicated behavioral health professional with over 20 years of experience administering, leading, teaching, and implementing strategies that support the growth and development of those with mental health and substance use disorders. Recognized by colleagues as a team-driven leader with a natural ability to utilize collaborative techniques in educational settings to teach innovative and data-driven methods in the field to continue to improve practices and approaches in behavioral health facilities.
