About the Role:

  1. Schedule oversight for supervisees assigns duties and provides supervision.
  2. Conducts performance reviews and facilitates personnel actions in conjunction with Human Resources and the Clinical Director.
  3. Facilitate departmental meetings and training programs.
  4. Assists in developing and implementing policies and procedures in compliance with facility policies and Mental Health Rehabilitation Services (MHRS) guidelines.
  5. Responsive to all client concerns and to resolve problems in a timely fashion.
  6. Completes Diagnostic Assessments, GAINS, LOCUS, and other assigned screening/assessment instruments as needed.
  7. Ensure all annual psychosocial functional assessments; annual Individual Recovery Plans (IRP’s), 180-day IRP updates, and other relevant documentation assigned to the team are completed.
  8. Must meet established timelines and accuracy to ensure compliance with MHRS standards through the supervision of the Care Coordinator.
  9. Review assessment and referral material to assess the appropriate level of care and liaisons with internal and external agencies to create plans for movement to the next level of care.
  10. Evaluates quarterly progress reports and treatment plan updates.
  11. Actively involved in the overall case management of referrals by the caseworkers.
  12. Reviews and approves documentation for accuracy completed by CSW’s.
  13. Ensures that the staff maintains acceptable billable hours according to caseload assignment and maintains appropriate client ratios.

Requirements For The Role:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Licensure as a LICSW in the District of Columbia (required).
  • Two or more years of direct clinical services experience with adults and families.
  • Three years of direct clinical mental health experience.
  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of LOTUS, GAINS, and Diagnostic Assessments.
  • Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary in family dynamics, crisis intervention skills, skills in clinical supervision of

How We Define Success:

  • Must attend/conduct Daily Morning Meetings (95% expectation weekly)
  • Must participate daily in morning Huddle Calls (8:30-9:00am M-F)
  • Must participate in company mandated trainings, as well as trainings/CEUs to keep current license to practice
  • Must complete on-going Diagnostic Assessments and Treatment Plans updated for caseload prior to expiration
