About the Role:

  1. Serve as a strategic business partner, influencer, and change agent responsible for implementing people initiatives and cultural change across the company.
  2. Build trust and credibility with senior leaders that leads to improved organizational effectiveness by developing deep knowledge of the business model and the industry.
  3. Develops and lead the HR department constantly striving to achieve outstanding customer service, continual improvement, and operational effectiveness of the organization.
  4. Provide continuous improvement to the value the organization delivers to its customers by proactively addresses future needs and influencing customer behavior with market-focused expertise and industry understanding.
  5. Oversee management and budget of the annual performance management process, change management, engagement survey and action plan, anti-harassment training and initiatives, our L&D program, onboarding of new hires, all employee relations investigations and situations, and a host of other tools and HR initiatives.
  6. Coach managers on interpretation and application of relevant HR law, policies, procedures and programs; stays abreast of ongoing changes
  7. Oversees, enhance, and launch comprehensive recruiting and retention plans to meet the talent needs of the organization. Develop comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that motivate, empower and incentivize optimal performance from the team.

Requirements For The Role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Three years of related experience.

How We Define Success:

  • Reviews and makes recommendations to executive management for improvement of the organization’s policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters.
  • Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff such as CEOs, presidents, senior vice presidents and chiefs. Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary.
  • Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Acts as project manager for special projects, at the request of the vice president, which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, coordinating direct mailings, creating brochures.
